How to Get More Alchemist Powder
Primary tabs
Submitted by CastleVilleCrazy on Fri, 03/16/2012 - 01:20

Here's a tip for how to get as much Alchemist's Power as possible. You have a chance to get some as loot each time you visit a neighbor and perform 5 actions to help them. The trick is to remember that your chance to get an Alchemist Power is much higher for the first 10 neighbors you visit in any 8-hour period, and drops much lower for additional neighbor visits. Try to get online to play for at least a few minutes every 8 hours, and visit at least 10 neighbors each time. You'll maximize your chances for collecting Alchemists Powder for the day.
It works like this: each neighbor visit where you perform 5 actions, you'll get some random loot as a Neighbor Reward. But the Neighbor Rewards for the first 10 neighbor visits you make are different than for any additional visits.
Neighbor Rewards
The reward period resets every 8 hours. You don't need to keep count of how many neighbors you've visitied, because it's easy to tell when you've crossed the ten-visit threshold. When you start getting Coins instead of Energy, you'll know that your chance to get more Alchemist Powder has dropped . Note that any Party your neighbor is throwing might provide additional rewards.
First 10 Visits
• 85% chance for Alchemist Powder
- AND -
• 1 Energy (97% chance) OR 3 Energy (3% chance)
Visits 11 and up
• 9% chance for Alchemist Powder
- AND -
• 25 coins (guaranteed)

Thanks for the Tip
Thanks for the tips, but it makes me not want to play when the restrict rewards so much.
alchemist powder
I agree! I usually stop playing games when it gets too difficult to get rewards. So many of my quests at this time require me to do things or get things that are very difficult. For example, the number of rifling septors and purity talisman's I need to make is annoying!
Too much overlap
It is especially difficult when a building requires both gold bars (which need alchemists powder to craft) ...AND an angle finder which requires alchemists powder to craft.
Limit
Re: Limit
There doesn't seem to be any set limit.
When i continuing visiting
Re: When i continuing visiting
Continuing to visit more neighbors does NOT affect the reset time. Visit as much as you want - it will not delay your reset time.
