Harvest Festival Quest and Fall Harvest Party Guide

Rafael and Kathleen have been discussing the changing of the seasons, and it's gotten them in the mood to have a Harvest Festival in your Kingdom. Rafael has offered to plan the festival. Lend him a hand and earn some fun rewards along the way!

We have a new theme for the season, and it brings the Fall Harvest Party to CastleVille!  Have fun throwing parties for your friends while you go through this quest line.

Fall Harvest Party Guide

To throw your own Fall Harvest Festival party, craft a Party Starter, this time called a "Dance Hall", in your Party Pavilion.  Place it in your kingdom to start the party.  As usual the party will last for 2 days or until you get 20 visitors, whichever comes first.  And be sure to attend your neighbors' parties to collect lots of party favors - you can see which friend is throwing a Fall Festival Party by the special golden brown background on their picture in the neighbor bar.

Note: The Fall Harvest Parties description tells you to tend crops while visiting to have a chance to find party favors.  But in fact you can tend just about anything while visiting, and have an equal chance to get a party favor.

Party Host Reward

When your party is complete, you'll receive a Group of Harvest Pumpkins.  The more guests who attended your party, the bigger the group of pumpkins.  Use your Group of Harvest Pumpkins from the Consumables section of your inventory to collect rewards of XP, Coins, Reputation, Carrots and Tomatoes.

Harvest Festival Quest Guide

Quest 1: Masquerade Fall

Quest tasks

• Have a Party Pavilion
• Craft the Dance Hall to start the Fall Harvest Festival Party
• Place the Harvest Plot (a new crafting "building") from your inventory

• Have 3 Fall Wreaths (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)

Rafael wants to know what everyone thinks of the decorations. Kathleen chimes in that she saw an amazing dancer but couldn't keep up with him. Sonja concurs.  The mysterious stranger was wearing a mask to conceal his identity. Rafael is not amused.

Produces random crop materials every 12 hours.

Kathleen got a chance to dance with the masked man. Sonja is jealous. Now Rafael wants to know the identity of the mystery man. 

Quest 4: Touch of Fall

• Have 5 Bottles of Milk

Rafael spots the masked man and is impressed. Kathleen asks Rafael to help them stop him before he leaves.

  • Tip: Do not upgrade the Harvest Plot before you complete this required step.  Upgrading the Harvest Plot resets its timer back to 12 hours!

Kathleen couldn't catch the masked man in time but found his jacket. It'll be a way for them to find him...somehow. 

Quest 6: A Perfect Mess

• Have 5 Yellow Feathers
• Upgrade Harvest Plot

Kathleen consults Alastair to see if he might know a magical way to find out who the masked man is. He states the jacket appears to have appearance-altering properties, like a cloak of disguise.  That might explain why nobody can recognize the man who wore it.
