"Quinn's Curse" Quest Guide with Alastair

Quinn has been cursed! Get to the bottom of his symptoms to find some cures, and who cursed him!  Alastair helps you build a new crafting building to counter the curses, the Anti-Curse Sanctuary.

Tips:

• The Anti-Curse Sanctuary recipes will be unlocked one at a time, each one as you complete the previous recipe.
• You'll need to sell 20 Wheat for Quest 7, so plant and harvest some if you don't already have that much in your inventory.
• You'll need to have 34 Carrots
• You'll need 7 Cotton Cloth and 8 Wool Cloth
• Have 6 Ropes

Quest 1: Something's Not Right

Quest tasks

• Feed 4 Animals
• Buy 2 new Decorations
• Plant 5 Wheat

Quest rewards

• 1,000 Coins
• 20 XP
• 1 Board Game (stored under the Decorations section of your Inventory)

Quest 2: Kiss for the Cure

Quest tasks

• Have 3 Scented Oil (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)
• Place Myrick the Alchemist's Anti-Curse Sanctuary (a new crafting building)
• Tax 4 Houses

Anti-Curse Sanctuary Construction Materials

• 5 Wood Planks
• 5 Stone Blocks
• 6 Carved Wood (post to friends)
• 8 Wicker Baskets (ask friends)

Quest rewards

• 1,000 Coins
• 20 XP

Note: You should get the "Curse Wards" quest line hex and the Hexes Spirit Bar at this point.

Quest 3: Sanctuary

Quest tasks

• Complete the Anti-Curse Sanctuary
• Tend 5 Flowers
• Have 3 Parchments (crafted in the Studio)

Quest rewards

• 1,750 Coins
• 35 XP
• 1 Protection Symbol (stored under the Decor section of your Inventory)

Quest 4: Hairy Situation

Quest tasks

• Craft 1 Tub of Magic Hair Gel (crafted in the Anti-Curse Sanctuary).  Recipe:
  • 5 Bottles of Mojo (ask friends)
  • 1 Glue
  • 8 Ogre's Belch
• Have 1 Cotton Cloth (crafted in the Studio)
• Fish from your Ponds 5 times

• 1,500 Coins
• 30 XP
• 1 Get Well Sign (stored under the Decor section of your Inventory)

Quest 5: Eyerate

Quest tasks

• Craft 3 Bottles of Eye Drops in the Anti-Curse Sanctuary.  Recipe:
  • 2 Scented Oil (ask friends)
  • 5 Pails of Water
  • 8 Carrots
• Have 4 Thick Books (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)
• Have 10 Carrots
  • Tip: This is in addition to the carrots used in crafting the Eye Drops

Quest 6: Easy Does Zit

Quest tasks

• Craft 1 Jar of Skin Purifier in the Anti-Curse Sanctuary.  Recipe:
  • 3 Batter
  • 5 Beeswax
  • 10 Bass
  • 2 Flaxseed Oil
• Have 2 Wool Cloth (crafted in the Studio)
• Craft 2 Fried Fish in the Kitchen

• Craft 2 Head Shrinkers in the Anti-Curse Sanctuary.  Recipe:

  • 4 Polish (post to friends)
• Craft 2 Leather in the Studio
