CastleVille Storage Cellar Guide
Primary tabs
Submitted by CastleVilleCrazy on Wed, 12/21/2011 - 13:27

Do you need someplace to store things in CastleVille? You might have seasonal or themed decorations to store away for another time. Or you might need to temporarily store a building, to make room while you're rearranging your kingdom. The CastleVille Storage Cellar is what you need. Look in the Marketplace under Buildings, and click the Special tab. You can purchase a Storage Cellar for 10000 coins - as long as you're at least level 8. Read more...

Once you place it on your kingdom, you will need 15 Stones and 15 Wood Logs to build the cellar. The Storage Cellar takes up about as much room as a Cottage does, and can store up to 50 items. And if that's not enough, we packrats can upgrade the Storage Cellar! There are 5 tiers of upgrades, for storage of up to 500 items. The first 100-item upgrade requires 10 Stone Blocks, 10 Wood Planks, and 3 Coats of Arms.

Storage and retrieval work a little bit differently, through the Design and Inventory menus. To store items, use Design mode. Click the Storage icon in the Design Mode menu, then click each item you want to put in storage.

To retrieve your things from the Storage Cellar, go into your Inventory. Click the Storage icon in the Inventory menu, then click Use for each item you want to place back on your kingdom.
Note that Zynga occasionally changes items to storable from non-storable, and vice-versa. We'll try to keep this article up-to-date with those changes. Please comment below with any additions or corrections, or things you might wish were different. We welcome your input!
